We love Ramen and ramen is one of our favorite. We haven’t made it to Japan yet for the real-deal, but we’ve definitely slurped our way through plenty of neighborhood spots.
Don’t worry—this isn’t about to turn into a full-on food blog. No dramatic noodle close-ups, no “notes of umami with a whisper of pork broth” reviews. We just like keeping track of what we enjoy… partly for our own reference, and partly because it might help you find your next bowl of happiness too.
